Finally out of here!!! We're so happy to finally be moved out of this horrendous complex. It's hard to describe how terrible this place is in only 50 characters. Trash is littered everywhere. The neighbors are extremely loud. You will wake up at 2am to someone screaming their head off and slamming things. People will steal your things if you leave anything on your patio. Go somewhere else!!!!
Terrible experience Wow, I have never had to rate an apartment complex I've lived at as a one before. But this place has worked hard to deserve it. Horrible place to live Hands down the worst place I've ever lived. I had to fix 3 mice holes because my apartment was infested when I moved in and the maintenance couldn't find the holes themselves. Also the horrible smell that they promised would be gone when I moved in was still there. I have recently moved out because I have been seeing a suspicious amount of people dump their furniture and mattresses. The staff is also horrible and hard to deal with. Terrible Leasing Office The current staff are heartless, unprofessional and inconsiderate pieces of human garbage. Particularly the office manager, and one of the girls in the office. My mom was in town for 2 days visiting The James because she has brain cancer and they were so rude to her and made her cry all because she called and asked to have the toilet fixed in my apartment. You'll never sleep again Do not live here. Do not be fooled by the attractive price. You will never have another moment of peace and quiet. I understand that this is an apartment and people live in close quarters, but they SERIOUSLY need to work on the soundproofing. I can hear every single step the neighbors take above me in every part of their apartment. At all times. We sleep with earplugs. It still wakes us up. The stomps and creaks scare my cats. Awful customer service Don't be tricked by their lease office and tour guide. They are very inconsiderate and defensive when you need help. Maintenance is overscheduled and their office does not communicate well with each other and tenants. Purely visual for new tenants. Huge turnover. Their pools are pretty but there is no regular pool check or locks. Your rent will pay for the whole city to enjoy the pools .
