Verified Renter I love this community! I feel so comfortable and safe here, it’s a convenient location, it looks nice and it has everything I need. The staff is friendly and my neighbors are really nice also. I have lived all over Columbus and this is by far my favorite spot. I wouldn’t move unless I had to!

Verified Renter I lived here for a couple years now and have had a really good experience. New gym and clubhouse and 3 pools are really great amenities and kept up very well. Community feels safe overall and the office sometimes has cute little community events! The office staff are really nice and responsive and maintenance issues are resolved with a couple days. Walls are a bit thin and no in unit w/d, which are the only cons I can really find here. Overall a good place to live!

Verified Renter Gouvernours square is a residence recommended especially for families, because it is secure, calm, and beautiful. This residence also provides a really easy and simple rental procedure, and provides services at the right time, however it just lacks the laundries to be developed and the parking spaces to be numbered for each resident.
