They are keeping improving the apartment features,. All in the apartment works perfect and the community is always clean and beautiful. we can walk around safely any time. The location is really convenient, close to stores and main streets.

Wouldn't change a thing! I have lived here for 6 months and I love everything about it! The front office is nice and helpful, the grounds are well kept and the maintenance is fast! The apartment is very well priced compared to the surrounding areas!
Loving everything about it here! I moved to Governour's Square about a month ago, and I have had a phenomenal experience! From the start, I was very specific about what I was looking for, and Jacqi was extremely patient and easy to work with in finding the home that was best for me. Almost great! I've lived here for almost 2.5 years, and overall it's been a really positive experience. The kitchen was recently renovated, and all of the appliances are super nice. It's amazing to have bigger counters to cook on. You only have to buy your own microwave. The water is shared between all the units in each building, so sometimes it can be hard to get hot water for showering, but it's not really an issue, honestly. Great place to live & value for money I lived in this community for more then one and half year.Recently have to move out due to job change to some other state otherwise would continue my stay here.All the apartments are very neat & clean and well maintained. They have an emergency maintenance service available and the office staff is really amazing and very helpful.They will always listen your issue / problem and try to resolve them ASAP. Would definitely stay here again if move back to Columbus in future.
Really enjoy community I have enjoyed my year here, and will be renewing. The maintenance and office staff are very nice and knowledgable. They have an emergency line for maintenance, and the office staff are in everyday. Lots of parking, and onsite laundry facilities. Also, basketball courts and tennis courts are well maintained. My apartment is not newly remodeled, but still has nice features.
