First Impressions are lasting! Made an appointment last week for oil change and coolant system slow leak. The vehicle belongs to a supposed valued fleet customer and I was dropping it off for the first time myself. At drop off it took 3 techs to get to the right person and am then told that it will be 3 to 4 days before the coolant system can be looked at.
