DO NOT get vehicle serviced here - we have taken two vehicles here for service. I will never do business with Grapevine Ford again. I was repeatedly lied to about the status of our vehicles and they are notorious for suggesting services to your vehicle that are not needed. I had my vehicle looked at by a Ford Master Mechanic (20+ years) who told me what I needed done to my vehicle. First Impressions are lasting! Made an appointment last week for oil change and coolant system slow leak. The vehicle belongs to a supposed valued fleet customer and I was dropping it off for the first time myself. At drop off it took 3 techs to get to the right person and am then told that it will be 3 to 4 days before the coolant system can be looked at.
