Our 18 year old daughter went into the service department of Grapevine Ford to get a recalled airbag replaced. The Service agent took advantage of her and asked if she had any other concerns with the car. The agent said they'd look into it and give her a quote before doing any work. As a naive new customer to the car dealership world, she told them of a leaking roof concern, signed the paperwork, and left the car to get the airbag replaced. If Ford ever wondered why they are losing brand value to the Japanese brands I have the reason. I've purchased three Toyota's in 18 years and have put over 400K miles on them. I decided to purchase a NEW truck for the first time ever. I settled on the nearly 80K Ford Raptor as a 40th present to myself. I brought my 2016 Ford F150 into the dealership on Monday morning, April 15, 2019, for Ford Touchscreen issues that appear to be widespread on many ford vehicles and especially with the 2016 F150. I found a solution to the problem (Replace the APIM Module) from an online forum and presented the forum comments to the service advisor (Laura) when I brought the vehicle in. Nothing is more frustrating than making an appointment, taking a day off work, and then being ignored when i arrive on time. Appointment on friday at 11 am to check on a couple of recalls, i show up 10 minutes early, only vehicle in the service line and the bay mostly empty. As i wait at least 10 service folks walk past my vehicle and stare at me like i have a huge purple penis growing out of my forehead, one dude is eating a sandwich and glares at me like he wants to fight. My husband, just completed an unsatisfactory visit to their service department. His pickup was leaking coolant and he dropped it off for a diagnosis on what was wrong. They said it was a hose and a connector.......and wanted more than $1,300 to fix that. The parts cost less than $60. It was such a slap in the face.......He took his truck back and will find an honest repair facility. Still was out $100 for a diagnostic fee and 43 for a rental. Horrible place to buy a car, the whole sales team will say and do anything to get you to sign with them. They over charge for gap and the rest of the stuff that comes with a new car or truck. Review your purchase price before you buy because they will add money on top of your purchase. Question every dollar because they're not out to help you just get your money. Worst car buying experience ever. 6 thumbs down

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and i left with a broken cigar lighter receptacle. Didn't notice until the next day, the even left the small broken piece in my cup holder

Please read the reviews about this dealership. I'm writing to the ceo of the company in regards to my experience with this dealership. They sold me a car that I went to pick up next day and the car was given to someone else as a loaner, okay mistakes happen, which I don't get how because my sales person should have known if he had went and got the car detailed and gas and ready for my arrival if he cared. If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. One star is way too generous of a rating for this service department. Absolutely, positively the worst service of all time. If you have any other choice in this entire world take your car there. As if terrible service isn't enough to warrant this review, their prices are.
