My car has been shuddering since I've gotten the vehicle, just recently I got a letter in regards to a recall. I made an appointment for a month in advance because that's all that was available, I get here and they say it could be up to a week to get my car back and they won't offer a loaner car. This place is ridiculous, if their car has a recall you should be given a loaner no matter the circumstances.
This service department runs on fear tactics when a woman walks into it. I drove five hours from Lubbock Texas to Grapevine on Thursday, September 12. When I hit Roanoke, there was a vibration and wobbling in the steering. I called the service department and they said that they would have an advisor call me back I never received that call. I arrived on Friday at 7 AM and explained when the steering wheel would vibrate as well as when it was better and when it was worse. They called me on Friday at 2 o'clock telling me that m... read more
absolutely terrible experience. complete waste of time & money. disorganized service department. will never use them again!!! highly advise you do not either.
I would highly recommend you go to another dealer to get your vehicle serviced. Attempt to get you to buy things you don't need and other underhanded practices that give repair shops a bad rap. You have been warned! Now go find somewhere else to go.
I wasn't satisfied with my service at this place at all. My past two experiences with Ford Grapevine service wasn't pleasant. When I dropped off my Mustang back in March for a cabin filter and oil change, they said it was replaced and I was charged for this. For months I was suffering from bad allergies and even went to an allergen specialist because it was effecting my health. I decided to try and replace it myself and noticed NO filter was ever placed back in. I was charged for something I never received and was breathin... read more
I wouldn't bother bringing your vehicle here they have the absolute worst customer service. I had to approach two different service people. The first one made it seem like a chore I even approached her. All I needed was a simple OB2 scan and read out...other places will do this free of charge. It literally takes less than 2 minutes, but both service advisors I spoke to wanted me to commit to service inspection date and $150 diagnostic fee. This is not a good way to impress customers or improve the name brand of this comp... read more
Our 18 year old daughter went into the service department of Grapevine Ford to get a recalled airbag replaced. The Service agent took advantage of her and asked if she had any other concerns with the car. The agent said they'd look into it and give her a quote before doing any work. As a naive new customer to the car dealership world, she told them of a leaking roof concern, signed the paperwork, and left the car to get the airbag replaced. Once the airbag replacement was complete the service agent called our daughter and sa... read more
If Ford ever wondered why they are losing brand value to the Japanese brands I have the reason. I've purchased three Toyota's in 18 years and have put over 400K miles on them. I decided to purchase a NEW truck for the first time ever. I settled on the nearly 80K Ford Raptor as a 40th present to myself. At 6000 miles I started having oil pressure issues and transmission issues. The dealer I purchased it from said I should bring it in. I did that at 8,000 miles. I brought it in and must say that Grapevine Ford must be the wors... read more
I brought my 2016 Ford F150 into the dealership on Monday morning, April 15, 2019, for Ford Touchscreen issues that appear to be widespread on many ford vehicles and especially with the 2016 F150. I found a solution to the problem (Replace the APIM Module) from an online forum and presented the forum comments to the service advisor (Laura) when I brought the vehicle in. The problem with my truck could have been diagnosed in 15 minutes, but was not looked at until Wednesday morning and only after I told the service advisor t... read more
