The worst dealership I have had to work with in 60 years. They have had my truck for 3 weeks. Very poor internal communications within their own service department.
I made a service appointment online for Thursday morning at 7:00am to have my air conditioning worked on as it was only blowing hot air. I brought the car in early so there would be no issues. On the day of the scheduled service I called and was informed that they would not be able to even look at it until sometime the following week. I took my truck in to get the Zaktek wash, and I was very disappointed. I scheduled my truck to get cleaned on a Saturday morning at 8am. They had my truck the entire day. I picked it up at 5pm. When I received it, I noticed that the outside was cleaned (except for the runners), but the inside was not. My wife has Zaktek for her Armada and the folks at Texas Nissan of Grapevine do a magnificent job every time. I'm pretty sure I'll be taking my truck there going forward.
Fuck this Ford also. Service center would not give me a quote on a catalytic converter replacement unless I spent $170 on the diag. That's right, in order to enter the strip club, there's a fee. Who knew? Then too boot, they would not download the $170 diag I spent at Ford in Irving that told me I needed a catalytic converter. Not only in 2022 Ford computer systems aren't connected they don't compete with each other in pricing. This is called market manipulation. FUCK YOU FORD, I CAN'T WAIT TO SELL THIS PIECE OF SHIT!
I received a Recall notice from Ford Corporate on my 2019 F150 for a variety of issues, so I contacted Jason Hipps, as some reviewers had recommended. I took my car in as scheduled and Jason was unavailable, so another Service Advisor processed my paper work. Made an appointment to bring in on Tuesday at 7 am. Brought in the night before and made sure the could reproduce steering issue. Told they would try to diagnose next day. On Thursday they said the hoped to get to it Friday but could they keep it for the weekend...no loaners available and a waiting list for them. Huh? Came in for a repair quote on the car, simply needed something in writing but was lied to that it's impossible. I worked in service and I know that's not true, of course now I wouldn't want to bring my car here. I also work across the street from them and tried to purchase a car, but it was a disaster.!
Scheduled service on line. It was assigned to Mark Filler. Dropped it off the evening before for 7am appointment. Mark wasn't there. Received texts from Mark, must have been automated as we received no response to questions about when it would be ready. No response to voice mail either. Finally went to get the day after and they couldn't find it and no Mark Filler either. Got the service manager to locate our car. No apology, no need, we won't be back.
After being a Ford user for over 30 years this place should be called grape juice Ford due to lack of customer service. Didn't even use my email or address given probably due to honest bad review.....That's integrity
