I received a Recall notice from Ford Corporate on my 2019 F150 for a variety of issues, so I contacted Jason Hipps, as some reviewers had recommended. I took my car in as scheduled and Jason was unavailable, so another Service Advisor processed my paper work. Made an appointment to bring in on Tuesday at 7 am. Brought in the night before and made sure the could reproduce steering issue. Told they would try to diagnose next day. On Thursday they said the hoped to get to it Friday but could they keep it for the weekend...no loaners available and a waiting list for them. Huh? Came in for a repair quote on the car, simply needed something in writing but was lied to that it's impossible. I worked in service and I know that's not true, of course now I wouldn't want to bring my car here. I also work across the street from them and tried to purchase a car, but it was a disaster.!

Scheduled service on line. It was assigned to Mark Filler. Dropped it off the evening before for 7am appointment. Mark wasn't there. Received texts from Mark, must have been automated as we received no response to questions about when it would be ready. No response to voice mail either. Finally went to get the day after and they couldn't find it and no Mark Filler either. Got the service manager to locate our car. No apology, no need, we won't be back.

After being a Ford user for over 30 years this place should be called grape juice Ford due to lack of customer service. Didn't even use my email or address given probably due to honest bad review.....That's integrity

Worthless service department and an even more worthless service manager. They won't live up the services you pay for and refuse to make it right.

I made an appointment for Friday morning 7 am to get an oil change and tire rotation done. I added onto this wiper blade replacement and tire balance. It took dealership almost 2 hours to do this. On a weekday The charge for tire balance is $60 Wiper blade replacement $37 When I got home they email you a copy of your point inspection report and it showed I needed a new air filter and cabin filter. Why didn't they tell me I needed this while I was there? They lost money on that because I would have paid the crazy high cost... read more

Date line 5/22/2020 I called about a 2016 CPO Ford Escape that Grapevine Ford had advertised. Was contacted immediately and they went through their spill about how if I would fill out a credit app they would come of the price $500 even though I had told them is was a cash deal. Was told they are not a front of house dealership and did not do cash discounts. Now I was quoted $18,800+- for the car they had advertised for $16500. I decided to try this Ford location for my car's oil service and tire rotation, even though it's farther than the usual location I visit. I must point out my Service Advisor Chris Walker was very courteous and welcoming. Unfortunately, that is the only positive thing I can mention about Grapevine Ford. It took 3 hours for the The Works service package I came for to be completed.
