Horrible place to buy a car, the whole sales team will say and do anything to get you to sign with them. They over charge for gap and the rest of the stuff that comes with a new car or truck. Review your purchase price before you buy because they will add money on top of your purchase. Question every dollar because they're not out to help you just get your money. Worst car buying experience ever. 6 thumbs down

Went in for an oil change and tire rotation and i left with a broken cigar lighter receptacle. Didn't notice until the next day, the even left the small broken piece in my cup holder

Please read the reviews about this dealership. I'm writing to the ceo of the company in regards to my experience with this dealership. They sold me a car that I went to pick up next day and the car was given to someone else as a loaner, okay mistakes happen, which I don't get how because my sales person should have known if he had went and got the car detailed and gas and ready for my arrival if he cared. If it were possible to give less than one star, I would. One star is way too generous of a rating for this service department. Absolutely, positively the worst service of all time. If you have any other choice in this entire world take your car there. As if terrible service isn't enough to warrant this review, their prices are.

HORRIBLE! Fix Or Repair Daily. These guys are absolutely horrible! NO - REPEAT - NO Customer service what so ever! Status: 2014 Ford Explorer - brought in THREE times in 6 months for various problems. Each time swore I wouldn't be back. First time - Axle issue - took more than two weeks, and NO communication. I had to constantly call. When finally done, I go to pick it up and the LOST MY KEYS! Had to wait an extra day! Not very impressed, it took a service tech to let the service advisor know we were here for service after waiting for a long time. The Mustang Cafe not any better, took my order wrong then when correcting it they gave me a watered version of what I ordered. I would recommend staying away.

Just moved to the area and the IDENTICAL service was $100 more than another Ford dealership. After they started, I was informed that there was a $75 shop charge that was added (Plus $1500 "suggested" repairs on top of the one that was actually needed). I think the service guys work on commission like the sales ones.

This place is a joke I came in @ 0915 for a 0930 oil change and rotation appointment on the express lane. Well I can see the express la e is slower than molasses. I was greeted at 0925 by a gentleman I can't understand because it seems has marbles in his mouth. So after the greeter is done getting my info he tries to up-sale me telling me that if I didn't do the synthetic oil booster my engine would seize and cost me thousands of dollars . I was very frustrated today. When I bought my new F150, I also bought a maintenance contract. Today I had the routine maintenance done; however, they did not vacuum or wash the vehicle. They agreed to do this verbally when I bought the service/maintenance contract. When I questioned them today, I was told that vacuuming would cause a backlog.
