From sales to service, this is a very nice dealership
This was my 2nd car from Grapevine Ford. The new car team took care of my needs and even surprised me with a loyalty discount.
Staff answered my questions and concerns. They explained the features of the vehicle and of course allowed a test drive. There was very little finance haggling. I told them where I needed to be and they came very close to that number.
I had a nice and pleasant experience at Grapevine Ford. I will return and buy my next truck here as well. Thank you Hayden, and thank you management team.
