I had three windows replaced today under stank warranty. Windows were purchased in 2002, ***** *****was totally a pleasure to deal with. Professional and efficient, well done. I DID NOT expect this level of service, so I’m more than pleased. Two installers, victor and Bernard were also great, friendly, masked!, took shoes off!., totally efficient. Two more great employees. We had our back porch enclosed by Patio Enclosures, from the initial sells meeting to the entire installation I had no complaints. Everything went smoothly, installers were great and we enjoy sitting and relaxing in our new enclosed back porch. Thank You!!

Our salesman, ******, impressed us so much with his presentation, that we immediately knew this was the way to go. ****, our point person was great at keeping everything coordinated and up to date with everything regarding our project. **** and his crew that installed all our windows were so personable and they had such a great work ethic. Dealing with Patio Enclosures from beginning to end was an outstanding experience. The sales consultant was professional and explained the products offered and the installation process. The installation was flawless and the installers (**** *** ***) were polite and happy to answer questions about the installation. Ch***** ****** was great! He arrived on time for our appointment to look into patio enclosures. He was friendly and personable and very interactive with my husband and I. He showed several pictures for our options and demonstrated all related products. He also provided detailed information about how the products were manufactured and would be installed. We had a very good experience with Great Day Improvements. Our sales consultant was very knowledgeable ( Deborah) and she made sure we understood the process. The materials were delayed due to the pandemic and a factory glitch which was nobody’s fault. Our 3 Season room is beautiful and the workmanship excellent. We are very satisfied and glad we went through the process.

Thirty one years ago we purchased an enclosure for our patio from Patio Enclosures. We have enjoyed this enclosure so much over the years. However thirty one years of door opening had taken a toll on some of the doors. We were so excited to have Josh T******* from Patio Enclosures show us how we could replace our existing enclosure with a new insulated, redesigned enclosure. Our enclosure has given us extra space in our home for family functions and a place to be outdoors while inside...we couldn’t be without it!

I just wanted to say THANK YOU TO J*** in ********* ********* for taking the time to walk me through a simple fix for one of our Stanek double hung windows. While cleaning our windows, the lower sash of a double hung became detached from the mechanism on the sides of the window that helps raise and lower the window. Essentially, it was stuck open. A service call would have been very expensive for this simple fix. Josh walked me the needed simple repair in just 5 minutes and saved me a lot of money. I appreciate the excellent... read more

I have been looking for a business to add a sunroom to my home for awhile. I found Patio Enclosures which was one of the only companies that custom design for your space. The other options offered kits that could be adapted to the space. I enjoyed working with Josh T. in designing and building my dream addition to my house. He was honest and helped me find the most cost conscience design. I am a little disappointed I have to wait now, but look forward to a well built product to last in my future.
