Hello, I read all of these five stars reviews for this company, which makes me wonder what we are missing from our end. We signed our contract 11/13/20. The written agreement stated that the work would begin within 1-3 weeks of signing the contract. Our contract fell through the cracks-we were forgotten. We called in Jan 2021 because we had had no contact with them. End of Jan, we find out they needed to survey the land to get our permit. Less than 8 years, 2 product failures. Poor customer service communication. No return phone calls. Not honoring warranty I recommend any other company to hire

This is the absolute worst business ever. Especially in GA, we contract a year ago to get our patio enclosed and we still don't have the work completed. There is zero transparency and its a bunch of lies when they keep saying they are filing for permits or waiting on some approval. Do not fall into the trap of these guys and ruin your financial and mental peace. Would not recommend them for any service of any kind.

You may not be aware of it but you can call up GreenSky and put a credit freeze. You can freeze and unfreeze it as many times as you like if you feel Great Day Improvements did not meet the terms of your agreement with them. This will give you better negotiating power because once they have helped themselves to your money, there is no financial incentive to take care of your problems immediately. We contracted for a 12x13 4-season room in September, 2020. After many delays, it was finished 7 months later. The foreman, Tim was on sight only twice. Communication was rare. Craftmanship was shoddy and we invested our own time to correct their mistakes. It was a horrendous experience and I would NOT recommend them for any project.

Ordered 7.6k of sun room sliding glass doors. Installation started with demolition of my existing glass doors April 2, 2021. Did not have all the parts, hung up a canvas, and it will be April 27th before they come back (maybe). Apparently no quality control for shipping, and no common sense for demolishing a perfectly good (old) sliding glass barrier if installation could not be completed for a month. Will update if sooner or later.

I would never refer anyone to this company. They still have not finished our patio enclosure after ordering in early November and the limited work they have done is not acceptable. They don’t have the correct materials, had to measure 3 times, and don’t communicate when they don’t show up. However, they’ve called several times wanting their final payment. I feel like we’ve been pretty patient but I wish I had read their reviews before ordering from them.

The initial process was smooth. The sales person was very helpful and the design was great. The process of getting my permits with HOA was very quick and easy with their help. We began this in August 2020 and it was supposed to be completed in 10 weeks. They were still working on it in January 2021. The initial (first) installer was inexperienced and the measurements were off; because the glass is manufactured and they receive shipments once every 4 weeks, this led to multiple delays. ********* ** area ,I have been patient and very understanding, but this has gotten ridiculous..Since the first of June 2020, we have been going through this long and drawn out process to get a sunroom installed. It's almost mid March (2021) still no COMPLETED sunroom. I'm understanding about the ice storm, the pandemic but this timing now is beyond unacceptable.
