The worst people Ive ever dealt with we signed a contract to get our patio enclosure done and its 2022 we sign our contract ************************************************* theyve been messing around with us for that long I am so disappointed I would never recommend them to anyone

We have been dealing with great day improvements and patio enclosures since May of this year. Our project has yet to be completed and it is December 31. One problem after another keeps arising preventing them from completing the project. This is the 3rd time theyve measured wrong and delayed completion. I would NEVER recommend these companies.

My experience with great day was not so great. Excuses and delays for putting up two screen walls with a sliding door on an existing deck with a roof turned into an extremely frustrating experience. The work started on November 2, 2021 and was not completed until December 9, 2021. I could go through all of the times I sent emails and made calls during this time to get answers and get the work completed but it wouldn't make up for the inconvenience and time that this company cost me. I would not recommend this company. Salesman didn't listen nor make note of where the new steps were to be located. When I stopped the installers in order to verify the correct location of the steps with the salesman, he sent back a lame "virtual" picture which had the temporary steps shown in the original position from the original consultation. Bad Business. I would not even give a one star rating for this. Very unproffesional and unreliable company. They are good at sales talk to get you into a contract with them buafter signing, they will make you wait forever. Their excuse would always be, "oh, your material will be in this week's truck delivery" but it won't be. Very quick to get to me in the beginning. 4 months ago. Came to start job. After a consistent getting in touch with the company Could not finish cuz screen flew off truck on highway. Have no company in ******.did not know this. No way to get in touch with anyone locally. ***** is new. She is nice. But really knows no more than me. Bad business. Product is good. For me there was no design advise or support. Customer servicewas poor especially after I paid. I attempted to call the installer after install to ask a few question but my number was blocked. I addressed my concern on the review they sent me after install but I have yet to hear back from them. They also seemed to operate under several names such as ***** **********and great day improvements. Once I paid I felt like the sales man gave me the cold shoulder and avoided conversation. Do your research!!!

We ordered a $24,000 patio enclosure in June, 2021. We were told that it would be 6-8 weeks for manufacturing and installation. We were told it would be completed the last week of August. Then we were told it would be after Labor Day. Then they finally came out to install our enclosure on October 12th. The installation process was very slow working only 1/2 days and leaving a huge mess with a open balcony to a 20 foot drop. Salesman was great, designer was great, installation was not done correctly or completed and the roof leaked. We kept getting excuses on finishing the project for three months. When I told them that I would not pay the final payment they suddenly could make the glass panel personally that day.
