What a racket, they get your money then never follow up with you when you have a problem. I left so many voice mails, emails, and messages with a live person and never got the problem resolved. I gave up and had to pay another company to come in and fix my problem. Ridiculous. Do not do business with this company if you value good customer service.

Worst company I’ve ever had to deal with! Took a couple of years to finally fix a leak. I have a gap about 1 1/2” wide between the room and soffit that they have put caulking in but because the space is too wide the caulking doesn’t hold. The clips that hold the vertical blinds that they installed keep breaking, even though this problem started right after the install, because it’s been over a year they say that the warranty is up.

We had a terrible experience with Great Day Improvements. We were suppose to get our patio doors installed on May 3rd, 2021, but they called us to let us know that their trailer was stolen from their warehouse. This trailer had our install materials in it. They don't have security cameras setup at this location. I called my sales rep immediately and he said that the company will reach out to me shortly to update us on the situation and what they would do for us from that point on. We had a terrible experience with Great Day Home improvements. Stanek windows and screens not the same quality they used to be. Installers were inexperienced, didn't wear masks, damaged siding and woodwork. Poor communication for follow up. Would never recommend and we had an excellent experience in the past. Poor follow up from upper management. Lack of return calls. Don't pay in full before project. You'll never get money back.

Do not walk but run away from this company. I'm 7 months in a contract that reads the work will be done in 2 to 4 weeks. Had to hire and pay out of my pocket to get their leaking roof fixed after leaking for 4 months. They will not answer my phone calls or text to pay this bill or even finish the job. 2 people who used to work for them quit and told me this company does shady deals and they are sorry they got me involved with them.

Hello, I read all of these five stars reviews for this company, which makes me wonder what we are missing from our end. We signed our contract 11/13/20. The written agreement stated that the work would begin within 1-3 weeks of signing the contract. Our contract fell through the cracks-we were forgotten. We called in Jan 2021 because we had had no contact with them. End of Jan, we find out they needed to survey the land to get our permit. Less than 8 years, 2 product failures. Poor customer service communication. No return phone calls. Not honoring warranty I recommend any other company to hire

This is the absolute worst business ever. Especially in GA, we contract a year ago to get our patio enclosed and we still don't have the work completed. There is zero transparency and its a bunch of lies when they keep saying they are filing for permits or waiting on some approval. Do not fall into the trap of these guys and ruin your financial and mental peace. Would not recommend them for any service of any kind.

You may not be aware of it but you can call up GreenSky and put a credit freeze. You can freeze and unfreeze it as many times as you like if you feel Great Day Improvements did not meet the terms of your agreement with them. This will give you better negotiating power because once they have helped themselves to your money, there is no financial incentive to take care of your problems immediately.
