I never saw a psychologist and only saw my therapist once in the three weeks I was there despite being told I would on my first day. No one showed me around or helped with what the program was. The main bedrooms do not have air conditioning and are too hot to sleep in and the uncomfortable mix of ages makes this place more high school than rehab. The group therapy had over 30 guys making any person growth impossible.

My spouse is there now. The first week was going well, now they moved her room to a mixed gender hallway. She feels unsafe and no one cares. They lost her clothing and she called me afraid in tears. We live some distance from the facility but I’m headed there. She has been treated like common trash and that’s not right. I understand being firm but this sounds terrible.

I am absolutely appalled at this treatment facility. My father, who is recovering from a stroke, checked in to this center for alcoholism and was rejected because of his disability. This came as a shock to him and my family as the call center representative we spoke with prior to being transferred here (and by transferred, I mean he flew from North Carolina to Texas), assured us that the facility could accommodate his needs, which is really only some assistance getting into the shower and other physical activities such as ge... read more

Greenhouse in Arlington Tx is by far the worst run rehab I have ever stayed at. For the most part, the staff could care less whether or not you get anything out of treatment. They care mostly about getting you in the door so they can get your money. You could ask one staff member a question and get one answer, then another will give you a different answer, then by the time you have asked 5 staff members the same question you will have at least 3 different answers. They made it all about my recovery, not to worry about anything but myself care. Staff. Case manager didn�t help me with FMLA or disability at all only saw her 3 times to facilitate discharge, even after I requested it. Several times

Received terrible service from the staff in Dallas who clearly need some more training. They expected my family and I to talk our loved one into staying in treatment, without giving us suggestions about what to say and how to say it. Terrible customer service on the phone when calling to inquire about the situation. Was ensured a follow-up call that never came. This staff seems to need some serious training. What good to nice facilities do when there is inadequate service? Would never recommend this center.

I have been to several treatment centers as a patient and have professionally worked in 4 different treatment centers. Greenhouse ranks in the top 3 of the worst places I have ever been too. The staff to Client ratio is ridiculously high for the prices you’re paying for and the living situation is crammed and chaotic. I witnessed a BHT scream in a client's face. Beware!! Nothing is as it's seems .They will lie to you about everything!They get you meds mixed up and give you the wrong ones or forget to give you the ones you're on.Its basically like a high school prison but masked in a decent facility .Way too much drama where it's very hard to focus on your self .People are bring in large amounts of drugs.The guys are perverts and are constantly trying to have sex with you.People are escaping and leaving everyday saying they would rather live in the streets and start prostituting .The... read more
