GREENHOUSE SAVED MY LIFE!!!! 💚💚💚 I DIDN'T THINK I WAS THAT SICK, BUT I WAS WORSE THEN I EVER THOUGHT!! EVERYONE IS RESPECTABLE, KIND, UNDERSTANDING, AND KNOWLEDGEABLE!!!! PLEASE GO THERE AND DO NOT EVER GIVE UP THE FIGHT!!!

The greenhouse itself is a beautiful facility. It’s too bad it’s ran by people who genuinely do not care about their clients. Ashley Whitaker who is my case manager sent me home with a return to work paper that did not have a diagnosis on it. Normally when you have a return to work paper it has a diagnosis on it that’s just common practice. When I try to rectify this mistake with the facility. I was told that I was harassing them. housekeeping subpar and even though I have OCD it still wasn't up to standards public residential housing. The mental treatment aspect of the program could be a lot better. Arturo was very helpful as the alumni coordinator. Mondrea was supportive in her role as a caseworker.

I would never recommend this facility for people in a fragile stating trying to recover. Most of the staff was unhelpful and rude. They treated you as an inmate rather than a patient. They punished instead of talking to people. There were instances were a male attendant was caught leaning over a female patient with a flashlight in the middle of the night and a female attendant walked in on a male patient with no clothes on. I spent over an hour on the phone with Greenhouse and more than that reading reviews on Green House before we chose this facility for our daughter who was going there to detox and counseling for alcoholism and co-occurring issues. I was told she would see her therapist every day an that they would dig deep to address the issues behind her addition. They put her on Valium several times a day which made her very loopy. nurse treat you like prisoners. they dont want to be there. 3 weeks and they still couldnt tell me how long i would be staying or the cost, which i find out later that its like 2000 over what they told me the max would be, they kept 190$ in my cash account and didnt put it on my bill. wasted a week of my time by waiting to start my suboxone taper a week after i got there because the doctor took vacation the day after i talked to her and said i wanted to wait a day or so before my taper to help detox and she rescinded her off... read more

The place is huge so if you’re handicapped it’s not such a good idea! It’s about killed me with my cane & slow walking. If you’re in a wheelchair they require you move yourself without anyone pushing. My psychiatrist wasn’t knowledgeable about methadone detox. She speculated my worst day would be day 4. But, on the amount that I went in on I didn’t start detoxing until day 9 only one day after they moved me out of detox. Then I was given only 12mg of suboxen. Nurses were very disrepectful. Laundry lost my things 2 times. Never found my socks, pjs and undies.
