Many of the staff are great. Group therapy is helpful, but most helpful therapy is among patients. Facilities are ok. Call and ask specific questions before you come and ask for clarification via email so you have it in writing. Many inconsistencies and miscommunication among staff regarding your care and day to day rules/expectations.

Very first time in rehab and this was the worst experience I’ve ever had ever. I left there and did better in my home. People were rude and very hurtful. No direction given at all. The only thing there are a bunch of over privileged people that need to be shot instead of rehabilitated. Save yourself the trouble of going to this shit hole, grow some balls and take care of your shit your damn self!

This place is horrible. These people are horrible. One week here and my elderly father with alcoholic dementia was hospitalized with a severe infection after we were told by the nursing staff that someone would be checking on him daily. The staff didn\'t even have their information correct on which extremity the injury was on and insisted it happened on the day he was brought to the hospital (after he had to ask to be taken) as if severe infection could have set in only a couple of hours. This place should shut down. There are people in there pissing for patients and biases against innocent people. They through my son out when he asked a man there to leave his sister alone. The man busted my sons lip. My son did not touch him and he was kicked out. Funny thing is the guy numerous times and finally got kicked out. But my son? That staff screwed his recovery up. It’s not the first disappointment. He rarely saw his therapist. When he did, it was less than 5 minutes

I believe my insurance company was charged for 28 days of detox when I got off of detox after no more than 7 days. I know this because I was never moved to the PHP level nor given a green band for my entire stay. Also, I realize that the facility orders different comfort meds for us and whether we use them or not we are charged. We should not be charged for anything we did not take. Very militant. Bhts were the Gestapo. Would never go back. Never got to see my therapist. Strengths were pools and weights.

The agreement for treatment we arranged beforehand was abandoned by Greenhouse - with no valid reason to do so - immediately upon admission. I will never use another AAC facility again - for any reason - and can not recommend them to anyone else. It is a nice enough physical plant, but nothing special. The staff adhere to a rigid "one size fits all" treatment scheme and are unprepared to meet needs that are outside their basic (very basic) level of understanding.

This place sucked. I had a sinus infection, I told them that when I got there and I was ignored the entire time I was there. I had to leave to see my primary doctor, I almost got pneumonia. They only care about the money, not the patient.
