The outpatient program (php/IOP) was great. Residential at the main facility was probably the worst experience of my life. None of the staff know what’s going on, you will get a different answer from everyone. I absolutely do not recommend staying at resolutions (sober living/outpatient). You will get written up for anything and everything with zero explanation or proof given. Medicine to alleviate symptoms that I wasn't experiencing were ordered on my behalf without my permission. Not many secular classes. Josh is a little strange with his attempts to convert people to his religion.
AAC and Greenhouse staff fought diligently with my insurance company to get me into treatment. The experience has exceeded my expectations in terms of staff, programming, and amenities. It simple has been an excellent foundation in recovery unlike any I have ever had.
The staff are very helpful. The classes were helpful, and everyone I met here was great. That being said this business is clearly FOR-PROFIT. The landscaping is neglected. The amenities have all been neglected and aren't functioning. .There doesn't seem to be any plan to fix them. They cut costs anyway they can to maximize profits... The food is good, and that is where it ends. The rules are from the 1930s. Imagine being alone in a "cafeteria" and being yelled at in Ghetonese about being at a females only table. Later this table changed it's gender and became a male table. Silly rules are one thing. The psychiatrist, who prescribes most medications did not know buprenorphine was stronger than morphine. I was at the TX location & the way they promise to help with special detox is an absolute joke! I have proof of my own medical EOB’s showing they charge anywhere between $7,000.00 to $9000.00 per urine test. That is absolutely outrageous. They promised to do individual therapy with each patient that too is also a lie! The only nice thing they had was on the women’s size where they’re located at are nice beds and the laundry service. I usually don't give five stars on any review unless the place/service was fantastic. The whole process from intake, living, to my planned move to Residential living has been easy, comfortable, pleasant. The food is wonderful and the classes are interesting. I plan and have attended all classes available to me and learn something new in each one. I am pleased I was able to stay at your facilities and look forward to the rest of my treatment.

Do not send anyone here! I sent my husband here to help him get sober so our family would not fall apart and he ends up texting another female that is a patient there in his phone and also inappropriate text between him and a therapist that works there name Ashley! This is unprofessional and just a party get away !!! I read the reviews and thought that it was segregated between women and men and that is a complete lie!!!!
