its a grear program. within two weeks i felt totally different and ready to make life my bitch again.,arturo is a great staff member he gave me hope and kept me in line.over all i would return and this is my 3rd time in treatment. best one so far!
The facilities needed severe updating. It was dirty! The floors were always so nasty. Since they let people bring cups everywhere there’s are non stop spills and the carpets are absolutely disgusting. Dr allawalla is a terrible dr who demeans women abs does not look at you period while seeing you. Awful bedside manner. If you get him run. For detox I recommend Haven in Frisch. This is deception. The pics look nice but it’s trashed. Floors are DIGUSTING. The chef in the ridiculous 12 foot tall chefs hat is a joke. Think lubys....... the indoor pool is ridiculous. The dude alawalla is a DOUCHE! He’s awful. If u choose this 3 ring shit show, pray u get the woman. The indian prick will make you suffer. Only good techs are daphne and grace. The policy of not being to talk to the opposite sex is not helpful in any way. Saying "hi" or anything else is damaging your so called program. I can understand if people "pair off" but not just being social. So I may not rate this as a good place for Rehab
It was very upsetting to be lied to by the people in Tennessee. This place would have less behaviors if the people in Tennessee would not tell so many lies to get people in. There were many lies.
Once you get past the complete and utter disorganization the classes really are helpful. I highly suggest getting there Mon-Fri because they have absolutely NO idea what they’re doing on the weekends. First thing once arriving ask for a schedule that way you will know what classes you’re supposed to be in and where that way you won’t get in trouble for not being in a class you had no idea you were supposed to be at in the first place because no one will tell you where you’re supposed to go or help you out at all. The nurses are not very compasssionate. The nurses are rude..
Covid outbreak was not handled properly at all, nor was there a protocol in place. I did like my therapist and pych. dr. This place has a mixture of great staff and not so great staff.
This is the first rehab so i dont really have anything to compare it to. The staff is kind.
