Every team member I interacted with was courteous and welcoming, and I especially want to recognize Zach and Maggie for their outstanding helpfulness and friendliness. Their professionalism truly stood out. I continue to be impressed and genuinely love this dealership.

My experience was all good. My vehicle was taken for service on time and the wait time was normal. I'm not sure what else I can add - it was a normal oil and filter change. My service advisor was polite and efficient and moved the process along quickly and efficiently.

Everything was good but was told our Passport needed fuel injection cleaning service by the advisor and we had this done about 16K miles ago which is not needed. So we felt that he was just trying to sell us something rather than be honest about what our car needs. Disappointing.
