Great customer service from Darion
It was fine I guess. I think dealers, particularly big dealers, overcharge and upsell, and that's one reason I don't like to go to them unless I have to. But I felt this time I had to. The undercarriage splash shield had been damaged when I couldn't avoid a dead animal in the middle of the road. It was to the point that I would scrape bottom going over small bumps in the road and over dips. I felt like they'd have a better shot of being able to replace that than my local shop.
