I arrived on time. The service was completed faster than I expected. I waited in their very comfortable lounge reading my emails and taking care of tasks.
Battery replacement went well in a reasonable time period. Very nice waiting room with a variety of work areas. They honored the 15% coupon, though I forgot to remind the rep at checkout; so they refunded it the next week.
Honda and Mr. Kenneth Lawrence are always professional during my visits. Mr. Lawrence's customer service is exceptional.
