I was in and out within an hour. I also appreciated the video sent to me about the condition of my car.
Everyone was great! The car was not clean when we received it.
Excellent job with the service department
The customer service was great but I paid extra coverage (bumper to bumper) extra 2,000$ just to get a hassle every time something is wrong with the car for example this time the light of the sunvisor stoped working and when I asked about the CS representative said it's not covered but when they sell the coverage they said everything electronic should be cover so I guess they lie to customers just to charge you more
Blair was amazing! I had no issues with him.
Explained everything that my vehicle needed.
Overall, the service was good. The only concern is they didn't remove the gunk off my rims.
Easy access to service area, polite staff, very clean department and great waiting area
Our experience with them was wonderful, so much so we went back the very next day and purchased a second vehicle. Dmichael was our sales person. Would buy from them again and we just might again shortly.
