Very straightforward discussion on costs and trade in values. The gentleman I worked with was very responsive to questions and took care of a couple minor issues after I received my vehicle. Excellent customer service overall.
I worked with a "new" (as in not my regular because he was off) Service Advisor. I was somewhat hesitant having not worked with the individual before. Everything worked our well. there was no decrease in attention or service. The advisor kept me informed throughout the process - Good experience. The only down side was that the old oil change sticker was not replaced with a new one; not a huge deal - Just a little inconvenient. Overall no worries!
New to the area, and first time having vehicle serviced. Great experience and looking forward to having my Honda serviced when needed.
