The people are friendly and very helpful. The service was completed quickly including the fix on a recall notice that I didn't even ask for. Great service at a great price.

It is very early after I purchased my Honda CR-V Touring Hybrid on October 29. However, thus far, I am impressed with the kindness, professionalism, efficiency, and attention to my requests and concerns that Greensboro Honda and its staff have consistently extended to my partner and me. If the same holds true years from now when I consider purchasing another new vehicle, I will strongly consider this dealership.

Excellent service from Greensboro Honda. Easy to schedule and check in . I waited for my car which was quickly serviced. Steve Duncan was my service representative and as always was so helpful. He always explains services in an easy to understand way.
The folks at Greensboro Honda got me in and out quickly, diagnosed the simple problem and fixed it. My previous visit required a new engine, which really hurt financially, but the service I got from all, particularly Blair, who contacted me regularly, was very good.
