Upon arrival I had to ask for service while the staff set there just looking at me. This wasn't my usual experience.No one took the initiative to just get up. That part was a little disappointing. Other than that I was taken great care of by the general manager personally.My vehicle visor fell off and he replaced it for me free of cost due to my loyalty and that the vehicle had just been purchased a short time ago.
Like everything. They are great.

Best experience. Hands down. I had a car issue and was traveling with kids, dogs, and and a full car. Was treated like family as I worked out the details. Good family!! Great communication, workmanship, compassion, and decency. I couldn't find a complaint if I tried.

I assume the "service" referred to is replacing a rear seatbelt. It should have been replaced before the car was placed on the sales floor.
