Disappointed in our experience tonight. A pricate party had take. Up a large portion of the restaurant. Musician was so loud we could not hold conversation st our table. Lighting was so subdued we could not read menus. It took 30 minutes to get a simple cocktail. Our meal, beef manhatten tasted as if it had bed. Brined it was so salty. Our server apologized for slow service of drinks. We will give them another try, but overall not impressed
Reservation was made for outdoor dining. Upon arrival we were told no outdoor seating was available.
There is only one item on your menu that I have thought was good. The pork tenderloin plate was okay. Need some different vegetable choices.
Sadly it’s clear the restaurant needs more staff and also more training. We had to ask multiple times for a missing drink, appetizer delivered without plates and had to ask for them. I ordered a medium temp filet and it was delivered well done. The table was almost finished before my entree delivered. Our server likely had too many tables as we didn’t see them for long periods and had to ask for refills/etc during the duration of our visit. Not at all the experience we were expecting.
Bad vibes. No kids menus. Too many mashed potatoes.
Busy night at this place. It's never a good start to a dinner when you have to ask the host if anyone has been assigned to your table as no one acknowledged us for about 10 minutes. Turns out our waiter passed by multiple times but never said a word until the host asked him to serve us. We dined for my husband's birthday, and that was not acknowledged at all other than for him to be told the dessert he ordered was not available as they ran out of ice cream. Not much of a birthday. My husband and I spent an evening here for our date night that we rarely get. My husbands steak was nasty, his Mac n cheese dry, and my food was also mediocre but nothing to really complain about besides being cold. We were saddened to spend $100 on not good food.
Made a reservation earlier in the day. Arrived on-time, table not available as reserved. Waited more than an hour for the food which arrived cold. So loud, we couldn't hold a normal conversation. Quite disappointing overall.
The atmosphere was nice, but the food was less than stellar. The experience was fine at first; server was friendly and food came out quickly. I ordered chicken tenders, most of them were warm but one was definitely not (like maybe it wasn’t cooked with the rest of them). None of them tasted very good.
