Great food and friendly wait staff. The sliders are really good!
We had a great dinner. Only disappointments were the crab dip - tiny bit of dip with huge mound of chips we felt was not worth $18. We ordered desert to go. My husband's chocolate cake was excellent, my carrot cake was so dry I couldn't eat it. Must have been cut a few days before.
Met some friends there at 7 and stay d until closing. All around great experience.
Overall a great experience. Did have to wait 15-20 minutes past our reservation time.

It was half price wine bottle night, which was an excellent deal. Our server was very friendly and often checked in on us. Our food was good but my meat was very hot and my two sides were lukewarm as though they were sitting waiting for meat to be done. Our whole party enjoyed the food they ordered. We will definitely go back.
Grindstone on the Monon has excellent food, attentive service, and pleasant ambiance for an extremely reasonable price. My wife and I have been there three times in the past two months and have been consistently pleased with ever aspect of our dining experience. We highly recommend Grindstone on the Monon!

What a cool spot. Right on the Monon!!! They were busy, but we got seated quickly, and service was quick and friendly. Food was great!
