I’ve been working with Griswold since 2016 and it’s a blessing and a joy to work with such a Good company. The management staff and super knowledgeable people that are always there for you no matter what, they pay very well and always looks out for their caregivers, 😁 they are second to none when it comes to salary compensation, Kathy and Haley are rare gems absolutely love them and thee company. Thanks Griswold!! We are approaching 10 years together

I can’t say enough good things about Griswold Home Care! From the very beginning, their professionalism and attention to detail have been outstanding. Our caregiver, Elsa, has truly been a godsend. Used Griswold for my son's wedding. We were coming from out of town to Chicago and did not know who was the best pick. We needed an aide for my dad who is in a wheelchair and needed help dressing and getting to the church plus reception. Edmond was 5 star. We really made the best choice. He was On time, polite, and really unseen the whole night. Very respectful of the special day for our family. I would not hesitate to use them again. Great job Edmond, you were a blessing.

I am extremely pleased with the service from Griswold Home Care and will recommend it to friends and family! They have very friendly staff in the office as well as responsible and caring staff in the field. I appreciate how quickly Kathy and other office staff responds back to messages. They were able to quickly set up good quality service immediately for my brother after being in a lengthy hospital stay. Thank you Crystal for being such a very hard worker! You gave my family peace of mind!

Our caregiver was a wonderful experience for me after having a bad fall down stairs , surgery, rehab in a facility, finally coming to my son’s home to complete my recovery with my new “friend” !! She is very competent and knowledgeable about taking care of me - showering, initially preparing lunch, taking me for walks in the neighborhood and driving to therapy.
