I had an 11am appointment to have my tires changed. Originally I was told that the appointment would take about an hour so I planned to stay at the dealership. When I got there I was told that since lunch was coming up it wouldn't be done until the afternoon but they could pay for a ride share to and from my hous so I wouldn't have to stay. Worst dealership ,management I have ever experienced Started in May 2024 Today September 1 2024 Vehicle under warranty for radio Diagnostics show radio is in need of a part or replacement no one is in charge No sound system, no communication via telephone, no radio Most of all NO SERVICE from dealership

Didn't have a great experience. I bought a pre-owned vehicle @groove just a few months ago for $28,000 . Trying to get into a different vehicle and they offered $19,000 on the same vehicle. It took two days and multiple sales people to even get that number. This is why people hate buying cars. Not doing my service or purchasing another car from Groove.

I recently visited Groove Toyota to address a brake issue in my vehicle. The team spent three hours performing routine maintenance and supposedly inspecting the brakes, resulting in a substantial bill of around $650. However, my experience turned sour when, just three weeks later, I was forced to spend an additional $700 at another service center for the same brake problem. I called to inquire about a RAV4 Hybrid I was interested in I saw on the website and a Corolla Cross and very nice guy called Eric took my call and made me want to go the dealership see it in person in a Wednesday evening. Upon arrival, unfortunately Eric was busy but greeted me and handed me off to a senior sales person named Mark (I think). I can not begin to tell how awkward the experience was. Horrible customer service. The sales team will lie through their teeth, operates with zero integrity, and only puts their dealership first. The service department is unethical, lazy and lacks any accountability.

Beware! The repair shop is full of incompetent conmen who gave me back a car with failing brakes. The wiring harness on my car was eaten by squirrels, resulting in $11,000 dollars in damage. When Groove Toyota called me less than two days after repairs began to tell me my car was fixed and ready to pick up, I was surprised by how fast it was done. DO NOT BUY HERE! THEY ACCUSE THEIR CUSTOMERS FOR THE PROBLEMS THEY CAUSED IN THE CAR! I bought a Chevrolet Equinox in early April, they sent the car to the Chevrolet unit for a review, it took 3 weeks for the review to be done. After a week that I had the car, I noticed an oil leak. Once again the car went to the Chevrolet unit to be repaired. A week later when I went to pick up the car I noticed that the car was still leaking oil and now much more than before.
