When I bought the vehicle, Josh Reid, and Luis Geraldo sold me a contract for key replacement since my vehicle didn't come with a spare key they made it sound like it was easy to get a spare key anytime for 5 years if I ever lose my keys in still having trouble getting a key made. 2nd I told them my 4whell drive doesn't engage, and my suspension is shot. At dealership for 3 hours. Already had a deposit and ready to purchase after visiting earlier in the week. We were initially told accessories were not removable from vehicle and when we said we’d sign without any accessories, they were magically able to take them off. Had financing through my credit union and asked to not have credit pulled again. Requested was ignored and they pulled credit again without our knowledge and had us financed through Wells Fargo. I was very pleased during the purchase process. But as soon as I signed the salesman didn’t care. Didn’t go over the features on the truck or anything. I reached out to dealer multiple times for assistance and keep getting passed around. They have addressed a few of the concerns but unfortunately not all of them. The customer service at the dealership is horrible. I wish I would have bought somewhere else.
Buyer beware! !! If you are buying a used car, I would not recommend Groove. I purchased a vehicle from them and then took it to my mechanic that I have been with for over 10 years. To find out the vehicle needed between $6000.00 to $8000.00 worth of work done to it. Groove's pre-inspection missed a lot things that needed repaired. Do not purchase from Grove Toyota off you want a smooth transaction. I am currently still dealing with what should have been a very easy lease buyout. Instead, I have been unable to register my car. According to the DMV, Groove Toyota put the title in their name instead of mine, voiding my current tags and plates. I had an 11am appointment to have my tires changed. Originally I was told that the appointment would take about an hour so I planned to stay at the dealership. When I got there I was told that since lunch was coming up it wouldn't be done until the afternoon but they could pay for a ride share to and from my hous so I wouldn't have to stay.
