Disrespectful and unprofessional I went for an interview today for part-time reception. As im in the interview I notice on the copy of my resume they have my name highlighted and then an arrow pointing to it saying NO LOL. Now I know that the receptionists name is Lexi or something and I had handed it in to her so my thought is she wrote that because no manager would write on someones resume with such nature. They agreed a deal with me then sold the car to someone else I negotiated a deal with Halton Honda on a used Accord. The deal was conditional on an independent inspection of the car by my mechanic on the Friday (we made the deal by email on Tuesday - I was out of town at the time). The salesman asked for a deposit, and I said fine and asked how much. He emailed me the next day (Wednesday) with the amount. I asked him for his number and a time to call. Terrible from day one Good luck getting even the smallest bit of help from this place. We endured so many screw ups from this dealership and regret buying our car from them. In particular, Paul Mike is quite possibly the least intelligent person I've ever had to deal with. Getting a call back is virtually impossible and my guess is that he isn't capable of dialing a phone without assistance. Beware taking new car in for any service! 3 year old Honda Civic purchased new from Halton Honda. After sticking with their service department during the warranty period and having them do "2" B services I was under the assumption that they actually did perform what they said they would. B service is supposed to include brake inspection of front and rears and also lubricating the caliper sliding pins. Won't return/recommend- Expected more from a Honda dealer On Aug.10th, I gladly had my car towed to Halton Honda for new tires when I had a flat and HH was significantly closer than my regular dealer. However, my feelings turned to utter displeasure after the service, when I learned that one of my rotors had been warped during the tire installation and the service manager did not accept responsibility for this occurrence or offer any solution.. There people are racist, extremely misogynists, scammers and will treat you well, as long as they are fooling you into getting into a deal that only benefits them. Condescending and rude Walked in with my daughter to test drive a civic and accord. The salesman was impatient, talked over me, and disregarded my initial questions about the cars. Perhaps because we were two females he felt he could manipulate us into his way of thinking but we ended up walking out without test driving a car. Went to Oakville where our experience was 100 per cent different. In Oakville we were treated with respect, kindness and honesty. Would never buy a car from burlington Honda. winter tires change Halton Honda has a very bad service, YET again. First, when I called to book an appointment to switch to Winter tires they don't let you book appointments and say just walk-in, it takes only few minutes... its a quick service! So, that is what I just did and had to wait over 2.5 hours for a simple tire service. Needless to say, I did not expect to spend half of my work day at the dealership!! Rude and condescending tone ! Getting safety test done was required by end of lease purchase obligation. The service behaved as if I wanted to do this. No background knowledge of the past discussion and on top of it act as if I had issue! I had past good experience with Jamal and Brad in same group but this lady is something. Unfriendly, scowling face and pissed off most times! She needs to work somewhere else not in customer service !
