Rude behavior at end of lease! Horrible end of lease experience! All what these guys want is to sell or lease new vehicle. The moment I decided to purchase my leased vehicle, the tone changed and became very rude. All they wanted me to know is that am making a wrong choice !

Not to mention that David McHarg also made racist remark and tried to point that he was different because his culture was different ! Verbatim statement was "it might be in your culture but not mine" when referring to argument taking place. He clearly is full of himself and still does not understand the reality of new world and changing demographics. I will appeal to fellow immigrants like me to stay away from such high nosed sales people who want to sell only to their"own" people.
Horrible end of lease service My experience of my lease ending was horrible. I sat down with David and everything he said made me think after 4 years of owning a Honda, I was going to have nothing but problems. He did not make the Honda brand sound very good or trustworthy. The financing options for buying out a lease are expensive and the only way the dealership seems interested in helping you out at all is if you purchase a new vehicle again.
