Beware of this company. I was trying to go with a local company for my furnace yearly maintenance. I was pleased last year with the service so called them back this year. They told me the condensate pump was broken and had to be replaced and the part was $500 and if I didn't replace it my unit could give out in a couple days. Stressed by this, i told them to replace it. I asked for the part model and number and it was not given to me so we had to go in the crawl space and get it ourselves. I had three companies bid on replacing and upgrading our HVAC to include heating and cooling to all levels of our home. I knew it would be expensive and I wanted to be sure I got quotes for the same scope of work across the different companies. The first quote was $42k, second was $52k, and then Hassler was $93k! So buyer beware if you are costing out a large project with them.
