Lyes Bouhazem came out today to service our HVAC system, fix the sump pump and replace the filter. He was conscientious, courteous and careful. He explained everything so a layperson could understand it. He texted before coming, came on time and finished in a quick and efficient manner. Very pleased with this service.

Hassler (and more specifically Lyes) to the rescue again! Our AC stopped working last week during the heat wave. I scheduled and appt and Lyes came out. Communication was good. The office called me the day before to confirm the appointment. lyes texted me an hour before his arrival to let me know the time he'll arrive. I really appreciated that since I was able to plan my schedule accordingly. Lyes was courteous and wore shoe covers in the house. We ended up not going with Hassler to replace two of our furnaces but overall I was very impressed with their professionalism and responsiveness. They were very thorough, did not try to upsell me and used a rational method to understand our home's heating and cooling needs. Joe from Hassler answered my dozens of questions cheerfully - many of which were, I'm sure, very naive! If you're looking for reliable and honest AC repair, Hassler is great! I called them during a 100 degree heat wave when my AC didn't work, and they were able to come within 24 hours. Their technician (Lyes) was awesome and very transparent about everything that I needed to replace when my AC went out. I was appreciative that he gave me a heads up about what I might need to update later on without trying to upsell me services I don't currently need. Recently I called Hassler Heating for gas furnace service and cleaning. Lyes came out as scheduled and did a thorough check of our heating system. He even checked the hot water heater. Lyes was very informative , helpful and courteous. We'll call Hassler soon to talk about heat pumps.

Hassler is great, they installed our furnace a while back and do our annual maintenance and we've never had any issues with the system. Technician Lyes Bouhazem just performed annual maintenance on our furnace and made some upgrades as well. He was very polite and efficient.
