Hassler has serviced our furnace for us for years - I call them to come out and inspect the furnace every couple of years and were able to fix problems I wasn't even aware of yet. They just came yesterday - Lyes was here, he inspected the furnace, changed the filter and explained everything, we even talked about air purifier option that could be added to our system. Can't recommend them enough.

Sam came out and did my annual furnace service and check-up. All went well and I'm good for another year. Over the years I've had Hassler come out for many jobs, big and small, and always been happy with their service. I am happy to support a local business that does a good job.

We needed to clean furnace, install filter plus check the overall operation. Lyes B was the technician. He did a great job and was friendly and informative. I hope I get assigned to him next year and/or if we have any problem down the road. Very helpful. RC

Hassled is our "go-to" heating service company. They service our old unit each year, and today was the annual service. They are professional and very service focused. Today Lyes was the senior technician who came out. The service was efficiently conducted, he explained everything he was doing and recommendations for future things to take care of - it's nice to have a company that does not force you to do things "just because". Unfortunately, I recently had a very disappointing experience with Hassler. We called them because our AC unit would not turn on, and they were the company that originally installed it. The technician, John, initially seemed knowledgeable and friendly, but the service quickly went downhill during the diagnostic process. While troubleshooting the system, he blew a transformer, causing additional damage to our HVAC system. Terrible customer service. Installed a $40K heat pump system. It broke after 3 years. They charged us another $1000 to repair it even though it was still very much under warranty. While they were here making that very expensive repair they were supposed to adjust a setting that should be simple to adjust but the guy couldn't figure out how to do it.
