David and Cesar stayed until 9PM today to finish their tasks. The are such hard workers and not only that, they are very polite, friendly and very professional.
In the past, I've used Hassler for a complete furnace and duct replacement of a 100 year old home. Recently, in another old home, I hired Hassler to repair some broken ducts. My feeling about their service is that while it may not be the cheapest option, they are very, very reliable and the pricing is transparent. After quoting you the price, they will get it done well, on time, and on-budget. Lyes was the cheerful and able technician who came out promptly and took care of all our furnace duct problems. We had a mini-split heat pump system installed at our house in the Richmond Annex by Hassler in July. The work and the workers were excellent: professional, friendly, timely, and highly organized. The installers, Irvin and Jhonny, were top-notch. Their practical knowledge and problem-solving skills were invaluable. The other Hassler staff were also helpful and efficient. You know how sometimes maintenance workers who come to the house can be a little sketchy? Well, Hassler is the complete opposite. We had overdue maintenance needed for heating system. Hassler came out, and led by ace technician Lyes Bouhzaem, explained everything, cleaned the entire system, and saved us a few dollars in the process. Professional, on-time, polite, and hard-working -- what more could you want?

Our furnace needed replacement and as new homeowners, we didn't really know what we were doing. We found Hassler from their good reviews on Yelp and they did not disappoint. Every step of the way, Hassler was very helpful at identifying both mechanical and non-mechanical options to better weatherize our home, options for heating and cooling, and organzing rebates and payment strategies. The crew that installed our new furnace and vents, Max, MJ and Orlando, were professional and quick. Would use them again!

Paid $89 for an evaluation visit, fair, but their person came late and my spouse had to be the point of contact, not me, I had an appointment. I'm an engineer and professionally I manage contracts and contractors in the Trades. I'm familiar with what things should cost and how much time they should take. Their tech gave us an estimate of $1000 to repair the pilot on a wall furnace that retails at HD for $1200. Then another tech quoted $4800 to replace it.
