Hassled is our "go-to" heating service company. They service our old unit each year, and today was the annual service. They are professional and very service focused. Today Lyes was the senior technician who came out. The service was efficiently conducted, he explained everything he was doing and recommendations for future things to take care of - it's nice to have a company that does not force you to do things "just because". Lyes came by today to service our heating and air conditioning system. He is so knowledgeable about the whole system and explained both the good and bad in very clear terms. Gave us very good tips and what we can do enhance the effectiveness. Besides, he is such a pleasure to talk with!

We strongly recommend the service technician "Lyes" who came today to service our air conditioning units and furnaces. He was informative, pleasant, and professional. He thoroughly answered my questions about the units and provided recommendations for future services that the systems may need. What a great employee! We will definitely ask for him the next time we call Hassler!

Lyes Bouhazem came out today to service our HVAC system, fix the sump pump and replace the filter. He was conscientious, courteous and careful. He explained everything so a layperson could understand it. He texted before coming, came on time and finished in a quick and efficient manner. Very pleased with this service.

Hassler (and more specifically Lyes) to the rescue again! Our AC stopped working last week during the heat wave. I scheduled and appt and Lyes came out. Communication was good. The office called me the day before to confirm the appointment. lyes texted me an hour before his arrival to let me know the time he'll arrive. I really appreciated that since I was able to plan my schedule accordingly. Lyes was courteous and wore shoe covers in the house. The drain on our Mitsubishi heat pump system was clogged. Lyes Bouhazem came out to service the equipment. He was prompt, knowledgeable, and professional. He also explained what we needed to do to prevent this problem in the future. Craig Conly

Terrible customer service. Installed a $40K heat pump system. It broke after 3 years. They charged us another $1000 to repair it even though it was still very much under warranty. While they were here making that very expensive repair they were supposed to adjust a setting that should be simple to adjust but the guy couldn't figure out how to do it. He told us he'd research it and let us know how to repair it. Never heard back from him. When I called them to inquire they wanted to charge me for a new call. Truly terrible cus... read more
