Hassler's service technician, Lyes Bouhazem, did an annual service on my heating system (previously installed by Hassler Heating, etc.). He was prompt, courteous, and very competent. I would recommend the company and Lyes to anyone needing this type of service. Teresa T.

We had a home energy audit performed by Hassler and Max was our home comfort advisor who suggested areas where we could make changes to improve the efficiency of our home. Throughout the process he was communicative and spoke honestly from a homeowner's perspective. We could not be happier with our choice to have Hassler replace our 36-year-old tank water heater and our 27-year-old furnace. What really sold us on Hassler was our estimator, Erick Garcia. He did a fantastic job informing us about our options as the world of water heaters and furnaces has rapidly changed. Max, Irvin, and Emilio did a great job installing a new furnace and AC unit. Great job. Friendly and on time.
Winter was coming and our furnace was broken. So we reached out to various HVAC companies for repair and replacement quotes and Hassler provided great customer service and comprehensive assessments. We decided to repair our existing furnace and worked with Sam who was knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and did a fantastic job repairing and tuning up our furnace. Sam also patiently answered our questions and overall we highly recommend him and Hassler for anything HVAC.
The team at Hassler from Joe Graves all the way to the installation crew with Max (project manager), David, Hayden & Alberto were amazing. Joe swayed me away from a Tankless water heater given the massive power requirements and then accommodated our design needs to move the furnace under the house which worked out perfectly. On top of this, the installed in record time and now we have a heat pump water heater AND heat pump HVAC system. Could not be happier. Great job Hassler!
Hassler's been great - especially Samer! He came by to help us maintain our wall heater and was just delightful. Highly knowledgeable, super friendly and gave us some good information regarding our systems that we wouldn't have learned. Would request him by name the next time we need to have our unit serviced.
I met Samer for a furnace inspection. He was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way I could understand. He was very professional.
