Terrible terrible scheduling. Every time I had an appointment the day before I was told that the tech was sick. Meaning I had to wait a whole another month to be scheduled again. This place is a joke. I have no idea how they have a high ratings.

I chose Hassler above two other bids solely because I really liked Joseph Hanson, their salesperson, who came to give the estimate. I explained in detail what I wanted, and he offered three options with a detailed quote in 24 hours. A project manager came by the house the day before the scheduled install of a new heat pump system. I showed him exactly what I wanted (like I did the salesperson), and how one of the downstairs rooms needed new ducts fed to it, as it didn't receive heat or air at all. Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service from Hassler, I don't know how they are still in business or where these 5 star reviews are coming from. I hired them as part of the BayREN home energy score inspection program, as they were apparently an approved assessor on the BayREN website and eligible for the rebate program. more interested in making money than answer questions about system they installed, which I think was way more expensive than it is worth
we bought a new furnace from them six weeks ago and the process still isn't finished. they failed to read the contract carefully. what was to bedone in visit took three with equipment not delivered, workers coming no late or rescheduling, and the city certification mishandled. we now will be in a hassle as I will not at for their errors. stay away from these phonies
Do not hire this company. Bad does not begin to describe our experience with them. We hired Hassler to install a cooling system after receiving bids from multiple other HVAC companies. Our primary interest was cooling our top floor in summer. Hassler was by no means the cheapest, but we were impressed by their proposal, which was to install three zones (one for each floor), which would help make our basement warmer in winter while also allowing us to install an AC capable of cooling our top floor in summer. Hassler came to my house three times and neglected to share any of the information I needed to know or at least fix the problem they created with the system they installed. I know I'll never see any recompense, and I think buyers should beware, so I'm sharing this story here. The first Hassler service person never showed up. The second Hassler service person, Steve, was a horror show from start to finish. A second HVAC company reviewed the situation and showed me that he never did the work nor provided the parts that he billed me for. He left my HVAC system in a dangerous condition. He did not submit the invoice for his work for my approval but billed it straight thru to my credit card that Hassler had on file. Beware of this company. I was trying to go with a local company for my furnace yearly maintenance. I was pleased last year with the service so called them back this year. They told me the condensate pump was broken and had to be replaced and the part was $500 and if I didn't replace it my unit could give out in a couple days. Stressed by this, i told them to replace it. I asked for the part model and number and it was not given to me so we had to go in the crawl space and get it ourselves.
