Just had my furnace serviced by Hassler, and I was really pleased. They were able to schedule the service relatively soon compared to other companies I called; scheduling was easy and convenient; and they sent a nice email confirmation. As promised, they called the day before with a reminder and the day of with an ETA. Lyes came by to help tell me why my heater wouldn't stay on. Not only was he professional, on time and friendly, he got the heater to working and made a list of things to look for in the next few months. He answered all of my questions in ways I could understand and even assisted in scheduling a quote for additional services that I requested. Thank you Lyes.

My furnace was making strange noises, so I called Hassler. Lyes came over and was very helpful. He checked the furnace and a couple of smoke sensors in the house too. This 5 star review is for Lyes! Thanks

They Guys at Hassler were amazing right out of the gate. Max gave a quick response to our request for a quote. Helped us understand what we needed and the associated costs for those. Due to a small bout of Covid we had to put everything on hold. Max, came out again about 3 weeks later to explain the path he was going to take, then finalized everything and give us a start date. Our place is now toasty warm as we are coming into the Holidays 2022. Thanks again to all the guys, Max, Juan & Cesar for everything!!

We had a home energy audit performed by Hassler and Max was our home comfort advisor who suggested areas where we could make changes to improve the efficiency of our home. Throughout the process he was communicative and spoke honestly from a homeowner's perspective. We could not be happier with our choice to have Hassler replace our 36-year-old tank water heater and our 27-year-old furnace. What really sold us on Hassler was our estimator, Erick Garcia. He did a fantastic job informing us about our options as the world of water heaters and furnaces has rapidly changed.
