Hassler's been great - especially Samer! He came by to help us maintain our wall heater and was just delightful. Highly knowledgeable, super friendly and gave us some good information regarding our systems that we wouldn't have learned. Would request him by name the next time we need to have our unit serviced.
I met Samer for a furnace inspection. He was on time, very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained things in a way I could understand. He was very professional.
Lyes was great. He was courteous and helpful. He answered all our questions and was very knowledgeabl.
Sam came out and inspected our heater a couple days ago--he was very nice and thorough!
I came home to my thermostat heating my house to 98 despite saying "off". Couldn't get the heat to turn off, but Lyes was very quick and efficient in helping me stop the heat. He checked on the entire heating system and replaced my thermostat. Very professional and explained what went wrong so that I can avoid it happening again.
Lyes came out to service our split system. He was professional, nice and efficient!

We continue to use Hassler for our furnace and AC needs. Lyes sent me a text message before he came out and arrived right at the time he said he would to service our unit and he did an excellent and thorough job cleaning our unit, testing it. He answered all of my questions regarding the status of our furnace and ac and made some recommendations as far as future services go. We needed a replacement capacitor which he did not have in his van, he made a call to the shop and someone drove it down to him within 30 minutes of ... read more

We have been customers for several years now and have been impressed with their service. Their response time is fast, they arrive promptly within their window, and the service technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Most recently we had an issue with a mini split and Lyes came to address it. He quickly diagnosed the problem and gave tips/instructions on how to prevent it from happening again. He clearly knows his job and I'll be glad to have him come again if a new issue arises.

Lyes came on time and did our annual maintenance for furnace and on-demand hot water heater. Easy to talk to, answered all questions, worked efficiently.
