I took my dog here once and half the stuff that we requested during the visit was completed. I also don't like how the inside looks - unorganized and general smelly. It gives me a bad feeling when I walk in. I've also found a stray dog before and took it there to have scanned for a microchip and the technician didn't know how to look for a chip and said he didn't have one. Come to find out after I called animal control the pet did have a chip! Will not return.
Great in theory, but not executed properly. Haw Creek Animal Hospital does not deserve 'hospital' to be used in the name. Very unclean, under staffed, and unprofessional. My experiences with many different animal hospitals have set a much higher standard than Haw Creek can provide. Every time I go to this place -- and I haven't gone in a while, though my sister had a recent bad experience with them, I am reminded why I do not go here. On my first visit, Dr Sinclair made fun of my dog's scrotum and belly. I think I took my cat here once or twice after that, but began looking for another vet. I lived close-by and really wanted to find a holistic vet. This has been a series of the most horrible experiences I've ever had with a vet practice in over 40 years of dealing with animal care. After having a lengthy interview and well-animal visit with Dr Sinclair, I chose this practice because she seemed to care and to understand the special needs of my animals.
