Very disappointed in service. They don't deserve even one star but had no choice. Recently moved to this area. This vet had a good rating at that time so we took our cats for an exam and shots. The veterinarian declared the cats had rotten teeth and gave us an estimate of around $1,000.00 to extract their molars. However, their teeth were fine, no cavities. Our pets are established patients with Haw Creek and they have a medical need. Our vet office is refusing to see them unless we pay the emergency visit fee. It's Monday afternoon during regular business hours. Healthcare for animals is maybe even more corrupt than healthcare for humans. Don't take your pets here. Good luck finding a vet office that cares about your pets and understands financial strains of pet emergencies.

Be careful. Decent medical care but dishonest business practices. Double check your bill. KEEP your receipts. Make sure you're not charged again later.

I just called this office to get an estimate of what a dental would cost for my 8 year old dog. After generally explaining my situation, the woman on the phone became irritated and annoyed. She rudely began listing all of the things I had not yet had the chance tell her about my dog, instead of just asking me the questions that she needed answered. Dirty, small, way overbooked and completely misdiagnosed my the main vet/owner dog, which according to another dog hospital was almost impossible because the x Ray was quite clear.

Horrible. And, that's being kind. Exam room was not properly cleaned prior to our appointment. Half way through initial questions, noticed no less than 15 fleas on floor some of which were still alive. An infested cat had previously been in that particular room. When I screamed in horror, the tech said. Oh I sprayed. There was also dried blood on floor and base of exam table. When leaving, I told the vet this was TOTALLY inexcusable. The only reason I gave this place the one star is because I had to to leave a review. My dear friends cat is having to be euthanized after being treated by this facility. She was diagnosed with breast cancer. They opened her for the surgery and removed the one tumor. While in there they found another, instead of removing it, they charged to test it and closed her up. Honestly, one word. HORRIBLE - as a 7 year client with lots of stories and experiences (not all bad). This practice has gone one way only, downhill. They're a bit cheaper, and that's cheap... NOT good value. Some of the worst human experience, even if they pretend to do a good job in pet health care... Wait times, poor communication, general rudeness. I'm not completely dissatisfied with the quality of service, I just really did not like the staff. We rushed our cat here during the night because they were still open and had better reviews than the 24 hour clinic in town. We learned that we have a diabetic on our hands but it was more complicated than that. We had to bring our cat back in for more testing and what seemed like a wasted day and therefore wasted money.
