The doctor was very professional and was very concerned about my issues.
Hate the fact my dr is only there everyone Thursday and when went to make my 4 week follow up was told all her appointments were doubled up so now I’m 6 weeks out instead of 4
The wait time is really long, due to fiuble booking for same doctor

From when I walk in for my appointment till my next, the staff always makes it a more pleasant visit with their professionalism and greeting of having me checked in when I arrive. They are always going the extra mile from scheduling my next appointment to getting my meds filled and sending reminders of my next appointment. Dr. Chappel is always pushing to get me the treatment I need. Thank you all!
Dr. Vargas was awesome. The front and back office staff work together as a team. Good visit today at Healthpointe in Temecula.
