Great appointment and doctor
Very comfortable,no too much waiting on the lobby, good conversation with the doctor.And great personal on the front reception.
Dr Troung is a gem! She shows a professional level not seen too often and lots of compassion. She listens and works with me (patient) to create a balanced course of action. She exemplifies a doctor that is there to help the patient. Jenn at the front desk has been awesome in helping cut through the red tape of the paperwork.

Staff was helpful and they had a good system to keep everything flowing which in turn was less wait.
Gratefully, my diagnosis was positive, nevertheless I still feel that Dr. Berman was quite conscientious and truthful about my specific issue, I like his approach as he is very humble and willing to listen and look in depth into the issue I believe he really cares about his patients and I am grateful that I landed in his office!
