The entire Temecula office is always so warm and welcoming. I'm known by name and greeted as soon as I walk in the door. The entire office always goes above and beyond to make sure my needs are met.

Healthpointe Temecula is a great atmosphere all the staff in the front desks are very professional and friendly, and the Doctor Alex Etemad is a great Person and very professional and all the staff are great. And Yanira Silva she is a great office administrator.
All the employees receive me with smiles good morning or afternoon they make me feel like family n always help me out especially when I have super bad days with pain they help me with perfect sechedule planning I’m so greatful for their help I love them all the drs are great loving n caring with my needs
The doctor was magnifecent. But staff wss something else. I had to hesr private stuff from employee for about an hour that was not expected they cuz snd back office was not aby different
I think you did pretty good, I only had to wait 15 minutes outside and a half hour inside. My doctor was actually knowledgeable about what’s going on with my case, which is a big thumbs up over the previous physicians, and the nurses outside where they type up your paperwork, those girls rock they’re good people.
