From when I walk in for my appointment till my next, the staff always makes it a more pleasant visit with their professionalism and greeting of having me checked in when I arrive. They are always going the extra mile from scheduling my next appointment to getting my meds filled and sending reminders of my next appointment. Dr. Chappel is always pushing to get me the treatment I need. Thank you all!

I was welcomed kindly and respectfully by all the staff. Communication was good and thorough. The only negative was the wait. I asked the receptionist if they were running on schedule when I checked in. She said they were 30 min behind schedule. I was taken to the exam room after about a twenty minute wait. Then I waited for over an hour before the doctor came in to see me. This is not acceptable. The nurse was kind and apologetic about the wait. The first few times I came in everything was fantastic. but lately the electric through out my body was excruciating in my eyes the pain was so so bad. I’m hoping my body will be back to normal soon
