Great service
I’ve been a patient of dr.Kims for awhile and I can honestly say he is an exceptional doctor, front office staff is so kind and welcoming. But the nurse who roomed me needs some sensitivity training, she seemed very young but was inconsiderate while being on her phone as it seemed that was more important than tending to my pain. I felt very uncomfortable.

The wait times are far too long.
What!!!! Are you people getting paid to put a good review???? The place sucks big time, staff are not trained, Drs only put down what workmans comp wants to hear, even Dr Etemad said if he puts down anything else, he'll lose his job!!! Waiting time is 1 to 5 hours!!! DR Alupay justs scuttles around head under his armpit, dosent even speak english, Dr Etemad comes in for 2 minutes and walks out, half the time I never hear him speak, I do complain to Danita everytime but nothing ever changes.....hate the place, poorly run....... read more
Every appointment that I have had there, the wait time is crazy! I wish now that I had chosen another place.
Interesting, I've never seen anything like it! Entries nearly every single day for over a year and 99.9% are 5 stars and the rest are 4 stars! Really? With those kinds of ratings there should be zero competition....unless these are all bogus...Hard to trust anything that looks this dishonest.
