I would rent a plane and write it in the sky that Lynn's customer service status is above exceptional and below nothing!! The entire service team from greet to service to followup to getting the vehicle back was nothing but a perfect experience. The OCS was recently replaced on my 2013 Pathfinder as a result of a Nissan recall. I recently noticed that with my wife as a passenger, the light which indicates that the passenger air bag would not deploy was always on. Testing revealed that a person whose weight was notably greater than my wife's 115 pounds would correctly cause the light to extinguish.. I asked the dealership for routine tire replacement and to check a loose part that hangs over the right front tire. (It was hit by flying debris on the Washington D.C. beltway.) Thanks to Jarred Brown and his superb staff, several other flaws were discovered, all of which were also the result of the flying debris. The car was kept overnight (and I was given a loaner car).
