After feeling like staff at the other dealer were trying to take advantage of me, I left and went to Herb Gordon. 180 degree different experience. I purchased my vehicle at this location and I had a very pleasant experience. I live in Waldorf MD and don't mind driving 52 minutes to get my vehicle serviced. Lynn Fritz and her team are great. She keeps me informed of everything required for my vehicle maintenance. During my last visit on October 28, 2017, I was positive the vehicle would require some major brake work.
