Easily made the appointment online. Service was routine, but took longer than planned. However Lynn kept me informed of the progress and let me know what was needed. Car wash was nice.
I live in DC so Herb Gordon was not the first nissan dealer i visited. After feeling like staff at the other dealer were trying to take advantage of me, I left and went to Herb Gordon. 180 degree different experience. I purchased my vehicle at this location and I had a very pleasant experience. I live in Waldorf MD and don't mind driving 52 minutes to get my vehicle serviced. Lynn Fritz and her team are great. She keeps me informed of everything required for my vehicle maintenance. During my last visit on October 28, 2017, I was positive the vehicle would require some major brake work.
