It doesn't matter how busy the staff is, they always are courteous and attentive to my needs. I really appreciate getting in and out of there quickly.

Vehicle in for paint. First service call was for right fender, driver door and put running board on. 2nd visit, all problems resolved. Truck is ready to go.

They are friendly, providing quality service , entertaining with complimentary coffee and delicious fresh made cookies and also serve with plain water while you wait and all these things constitute Quality customer's service.
My main concern was the amount of time it took for my service to be completed. The service provided was excellent. In addition, the warranty information is the system was incorrect.
As always, Nissan provided wonderful customer service and great job on my car. Chase King is the best. Everyone I dealt with were very nice and professional.
The car dealer(Mr.Kelly) provided excellent customer service..he listen to my opinion and give me plenty of options. Everyone that we came across was very friendly for that that's why I give score I did. When I first returned from overseas I came across some bad customer service so this experience was very different thanks to your employees.
