Went to Herb Gordon Nissan to buy 3 tires for my Altima. Lynn said it could take 3 hours to mount balance and align the tires. She offered a loaner through Enterprise which I took. Lynn called when it was ready and I returned the loaner and picked up my clean, washed car.

From my experience with sales & management staff over the last 7 years down to the service folks I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Herb Gordon Nissan. Joe the mechanic in service has been particularly lovely to work with. I am only sad the Murano convertible was discontinued or I would still be a client for another 7+ years!

Great place to buy a car, the sales person Emilio was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the car even though it wasn’t a Nissan.
When I go to service my Maxima, Chase is my guy that takes care of my car and informs me of what I need done to it. He exemplifies how customer service should be and I'm sure he is a valued team member at the dealership.
Once again I have come back to Herb Gordon Nissan and Bruce Kim to buy a car and once again it was a straightforward and positive experience.
