This is the best dealership. I have been a customer for over 10 years. The service advisors are extremely helpful and courteous. For example, I would recommend Ian as the best advisor to use. He makes sure to explain the work that will be done, gives accurate wait time estimates and applies coupons/ dealership discounts. Top notch service.
I really enjoyed working with Ben! It was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and I was not looking forward to the experience. However, I was able to find a great deal online, and I spoke with Ben who was completely transparent with the pricing! We were able to get everything done the same day, and I picked up the car on the weekend! First of all, I have been dealing with Herb Gordon Datsun since 1971. Most of my automobiles have been Nissan. A very reliable means of transportation, and the sales service has always been top notch. There are 3 Nissan dealers closer than Herb Gordon, but it is worth the extra time and mileage. I have purchased two vehicles here now, and every time I am very satisfied by the excellent customer service I get. I love that the Mr. Kim is a very accomodating and pacient salesperson who works really hard to get exactly the vehicle I want.
