Marcus was excellent and professional in dealing or interacting with me. I appreciate his approach in trying to provide service. I was told the job would take 4 hours: however, it was completed under three hours.

It's never fun to have to take your car in when there's an issue. In the past, I've felt miss handled, drug along and then I get to pay for it too. When a familiar sound started happened several months after getting it fixed, I had to find a new service department to take a look at it. (Also, I had just moved too. Great customer service and incentives for students and recent grads. If you are looking to stay within budget and get a new car this place is for you . Sales staff and financing staff are honest and helpful with giving informative advice to help you make the best purchase. I have been with Nissan for roughly 6 years, working on years 7-9 now. I love every Nissan I have driven. Although, I think my new Rogue is my favorite so far! I called into Herb Gordon regarding gettinf my brakes fixed. Chase told me to come on in and overextended himself to me. This is the best customer service I receiced from a Nissan dealership so far. I will be returning when my car needs to be serviced.

Between Jim Porter and Lynn Fritz, I have always been treated with great respect, courtesy and professionalism.
