I had a heat shield problem that the hose clamps was loose and kept making a rattling noise when i first started the engine. I didn't what the sound was so i went to Bobbell nissan dealer to get it checked. The guy worked there was not knowledgable enough to figure out the problem so he told me to pay $100 for diagnostic. I just want to make this review for the awesome Team at the dealership. My salesman was Jacob Burns and he was the best at helping me finding a car from beginning until final purchase. July 18, 2015 Car broke down, having rough day. Went by just to see what was out there. The Fresh Start Program was my route. Chantelle took my application. Jordan Jenkins showed me the cars and wanted to know WHY I w's going to look some place else since I had gotten my last car there and we were FAMILY. I was having a hard day, my car broke down on the road, towed and brought over at the nearest dealership. Bill Chamber assisted me with compassion and kindness. Got my bills lowered b/c of the extended warranty/copay much better than paying for the full price, hooked me with a loaner car and got my car fixed within a week. I say this is the best dealership I have ever been too plus they have donuts and cookies while you wait. Thank you Bill for all your help for making my bad day to a good day. -Cindy-
If you visit the dealership, you will enjoy working with Renrick Harvey. He is as knowledgeable and pleasant as can be. I am very satisfied with the courteous and helpful way we were treated while there. Mr. Harvey followed up on any questions we had and returned our calls promptly. I definitely recommend him, and I am pleased with the Nissan I bought. It is like new.
The training you give your service people must come from a manual put out by Caltech. He was professional in every sense of the word. He gave me options to work with (with priorities), honest estimates for the work that would possibly be performed, technical advice for future problems, and lead me to the donut counter for the wait. What more could a customer want!
